Who is MARWIX?
MARWIX is my brand and my site, marwix.dev. I'm Muhammad Waqas, an AI Automation Engineer. I build AI agents that do the repetitive work in a business, so you can focus on what matters more. I also help people who build software finish it and put it live.
What is an AI agent?
An AI agent is like ChatGPT, but it works for your business. It chats with your customers where they already message you, runs routine tasks on its own, sends you reports and more.

Does an AI agent work outside opening hours?

What about refunds, complaints and other high-stakes tasks?
Refunds, complaints and any other high-stakes task are passed to you or your team instead of being handled by an AI agent. The agent does the routine jobs, following rules defined by you.
What if an AI agent gets something wrong?
Before an AI agent's work goes out, a separate agent checks it against the rules you defined. Anything that fails goes back until it passes, and unusual cases go to you.
Can an AI agent work with the tools I already use?

After launch, I keep your website or app running and fix what goes wrong. For an app, that also means updates, and scaling it as more people use it.
